01. What are your candles made from?
All our candles and wax melt products are made with 100% soy wax. We use lead-free cotton wicks for a clean healthy burn. We use skin safe (tested on humans), vegan & cruelty-free scents that are also free from harmful chemicals.
02. How do you choose which charity to donate to?
We do research for many months prior to find the perfect not for profit organization that best suits what we are looking for. We choose only Canadian owned charities and make sure the money donated is going towards helping the cause and not lining the pockets of a CEO making six figures. Here at Deliciously Wickt we want to help animals, youth and rebuild our planet.
03. Where are you located and where do you ship to?
We are located in West Lincoln, Ontario, Canada. We ship all throughout Canada. Unfortunately, due to the de minimus law the United States has, as of August 29, 2025, our customers were having to pay tariffs and we had to make the very hard decision to stop shipping to the Unitd States. We hope one day we can again as we have many amzing customers there.
We ship using couriers, UPS, Canpar, Fedex and Purolator, within Ontario your order is likely to arrive the next business day after shipping. Other provinces usually take 3-5 days.

04. Can you ship to P.O. boxes in Canada?
Yes, we can ship to P.O. boxes in Canada, but we cannot ship using a courier, we must ship Canada Post, and your package will take much longer to arrive. So if you have a physical address, we encourage to use that instead so you can get your order faster!
05. Can you only ship within in Canada?
Yes, we currently only ship throughout Canada due to USA's tariff situation. We ship via courier (UPS, Canpar, Fedex, etc.) to get to your doorstep as quickly as possible. Within Ontario is 1-2 business days. The rest of Canada is 5-7 business days.
06. Do you offer returns?
No, we do not offer returns or exchanges. However, please email us if you order arrives damaged and we will send out a replacement immediately. The same goes for if we accidentally send out a wrong item, we will gladly let you keep the wrong one, and we will send out a new correct one, we are only human and mistakes happen!
07. Why shop Deliciously Wickt?
Not only are you getting modern home decor and clean burning candles when you shop with us. But you are supporting a single mom of two, to keep a roof over their head and food on their tables. Every single order is celebrated and packed with love.
08. How do I apply for a job? Are you hiring?
Short answer is no. We only hire moms within our community. The owner being a single mom herself, she understands the struggles of understanding and flexability within jobs. The owner strives to create jobs for other mom's in the community who struggle to work traditional hours and need a truly flexable schedule. We love our small town and love supporting the women in it!
